Introduction

The reasoning behind Bay View Beachclub is to construct a boutique style yet high-quality residential, vacation club

As with other boutique hotels, although peace and tranquility are imperative, the logistical challenges of acquiring suitable beachfront land that is accessible by road and by sea and yet only a short distance from a major city and international airport can be very challenging.

However, after many months of research, which included thousands of kilometres of driving in Bahia state visiting potential sites, we have chosen this amazing site for our Beach Club. With a new fast road system, Salinas offers our clients a road journey of fewer than 45 minutes from the ferry terminal or new road bridge or a short 25-minute private boat ride from Salvador marina.

Our land is totally secluded by sea or lake and accessible by private road or by sea only. The area is popular with local fishermen and the area forms a crucial part in the Ecosystem which we take great care to work with. The name Salinas means salt-pans or salt lakes and also is home to colourful fauna and wildlife.

The Concept

With a beachfront location and a level plot of land, our architectural team felt privileged to have the opportunity to design a masterpiece on what they described as a  blank canvass. This is to create an ideal beach club in doing so we have placed our focus on the design, simplicity and eco values of the club, whilst the highest point will be less than 9 metres in height, all apartments will be enjoying sea views, with big open spaces, generous swimming pool, and relaxation areas. This will be Bahia´s most luxurious club within an hours travel from Salvador its main city.

Quality and Design

Simple clean lines, white modern and luxurious are the instructions for this property.
